I am a Chartered Architect and Chartered Town Planner and provide a personal Residential Planning South East London service that is a cost effective and responsive to my client’s requirements and aspirations. I provide advice in all residential design matters which also has a strong underlying consideration of the town planning implications of these designs. These design led services also include making planning and listed building consent applications, carry out planning negotiations and conducting planning appeals in all of their forms.

My core specialties include architectural work to listed building and buildings of special architectural interest. I carry out design work for all forms of residential buildings including the design of new houses and the alteration, extension and refurbishment of existing houses.

The type of residential development that I have worked on ranges from large residential estates of both new build and conversion to the refurbishment of large private houses through to small domestic extensions and conversions. I have a particular expertise in architectural and planning design work that relates to the change of use of land and buildings for residential development and the re-use of existing brownfield land and buildings for residential buildings.

I have acted for a wide range of clients including landowners and farmers, industrialists, developers, contractors, accountants, solicitors, surveyors and architects, educational establishments housing association and local authorities, and private individuals of all shapes and sizes in all sectors of the economy. I am your complete Residential Planning South East London, I provide a service for people based in Bexley, Bromley, Greenwich, Lewisham, Croydon and Southwark.

I have concentrated more recently on providing residential planning consultancy on all matters where residential development is involved, in both urban and rural locations and specialise in ‘heritage’ projects. This involves working with Listed Buildings and their settings which often include special landscape considerations, land and buildings in Conservation Areas and other special areas. I have to date been involved with well over one hundred of these projects.

I am also an advisor in Town Planning matters to the membership of the Royal Institute of British Architects.
